Jehovah's Witnesses only please, is the WT downsizing?

Well, we're all facing hard financial times. That's why the magazines are only available for those who are far away from a KH or who are unable to make it. There certainly aren't less of us as there's almost 7 million Witnesses to date. Haven't heard anything about a change of Circuit Overseers though; they do get rotated every 3 years, if that's what you mean.
