My heart is freaking out! please help?

my heart feels so weird i am 15 years old and never had any problems i am very active i skateboard and work out very regualry but for the oast 4 days my heat has been speeding up rapidly when i exhale and sometime one beat will be very strong compared to the rest... should i go to sleep or should i pull an all nighter till i can see a doctor
