How will I cope with being blind?

I'm a 28 year old guy and been told that in as little as 3 months I'll be blind. I have been training a dog to be my guide dog since I am very good at training animals and one of my hobbies is training dogs so I will at least have a seeing eye dog. But how will I cope with being blind and will I still be able to ride horses when I'm blind also where will I get money to live from ?
