I need a GOOD recipe for home made g juice wine.?
check to make sure juice has no preservatives because any potium sulphate for example will kill or slow your yeasts. Use a proper brewers yeast not bread yeast and pick a sweet juice to start check kosher juices and let it complete fermentation by decanting after bubbles slow down considerably by syphoning off for a secondary fermentation and getting rid of the dead yeast cells . When done to your sweetness kill off wine must by adding a preservative and filter and bottle . If wine finishes too dry add some glucose after the fermentation.Keep your fermentation in a room temperature closet or such while fermenting and do not bottle until you add perservative and use sterile equipment for all stages and keep airlock filled to avoid wild yeasts.
