Matt Forte for Jamaal Charles?

I have Matt Forte in both of my leagues. I dont think he is gonna do good this year. I was able to trade him straight up for Ray Rice in my Non-Keeper league. I tried to do the same in my Keeper league but of course Rice's owner declined. Now I am trying to trade him for Jamaal Charles. Do you think Forte for Charles will benefit my team in the long run? (You get to keep 10 players)
