This is going to be a long shot..?

Ok, so my son is in day care. Im in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada and I need the number for the subsidising office here in Owen Sound. I've tried looking online, I've tried looking in the phone book. Can't find it anywhere. I have spoken to them once about this, but I just got a bill from the daycare and it is A LOT of money, like more than my pay cheque kind of money and I was signed up with subsidising and really need to get a hold of them before I no longer have day care. If anyone from Owen Sound has the number It would be soo much help. thank you
