What does it mean when guys do this?!?

ok so like i'm 14 and today i was like at the snack machine and these group of guys started laughing at me and walked over to me and my friend and asked me for a quarter and i am like no who are u? then he walked away back to his friends or whatever and the is like OOO REJECTED!!! O.O then another walks over asks for the same thing a quarter and i am like NO WHO ARE U!?! what does this mean were they being *** holes or were they flirting or something?! those dudes are always laughing and staring at me its annoying!!
