Where is the RAT on commercial aircraft?

I see little triangular indentations on aircraft, often near the undercarriage. Does this mean that air can be directed to a turbine inside the aircraft if necessary? On this Wikipedia page (a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ram_air_turbine)," rel="nofollow"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ram_air_tur…/a I see that it is external.
