Girlfriend and Commitment Issues?

I broke up with my girl of 18 months a few months ago, i ended it because i started feeling a lack of commitment from her like she stopped wanting to do anything together or go anywhere together and things got really repetitive and boring, it started to feel like a only relationship.I felt like the relationship needed to go another step but she wasnt ready for it or had time for it which is true she works 2 jobs and studies too but i didnt feel like a good priority. Id like to point out that when i first met her she chased me for 9 months before i come around and when we were official i asked her about her last bf and what happend and she said she thought she had some commitment issues but were gone now.neway since we broke up we've still been seeing each other its like an exclusive FWB situation. Last week she cried and told me she loved me and cant let me go then told me a few days after she was happy with the way things r? this has left me thinking of her..should i back off her?
