What is Colt McCoy's diagnosis and prognosis of his shoulder injury he sustained in the BCS game.?

The only thing I know, is that xray exams of his shoulder were negative. Yet he exprienced some kind of paralysis because he said his arm felt like it went to sleep after he got hit in the shoulder by an opponents helmet. It sounds like he experienced some kind of nerve damage. The extent of it, and prognosis I don't know.
